How often are you consumed by your thoughts? I believe that our thoughts are internal dialogue telling us we can't do something when, in fact, "we can." In my role as your therapist, I will work to help you uncover and reframe your negative thought patterns and understand the emotions that go along with them.
I have experience providing services to children, adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, self-esteem, uncertainty, communication, and life transitions. I am committed to providing a wide range of evidence-based interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, to support clients in seeking coping strategies to deal with everyday life challenges and negative self-talk.
