What to Expect from our sessions:
My experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with intense emotions, mood disorders, trauma, self-harm, anxiety, and depression.
I work from a multicultural lens and incorporate proven treatment strategies like CBT and DBT. In our work together, you will learn to be more present and new ways to express your emotions. My goal is to support each client in their healing to regain control of their life!
Why I Became a Therapist:
My life experiences and the stigma around mental health initiated my passion for helping others take charge of their mental and emotional well-being.
