Rachel Henry
Licensed Resident Psychotherapist
Have you had distressing experiences that make your life challenging?
Maybe a single incident or maybe a series of events that started in childhood?
Do you suffer from sleep problems, anxious feelings, and low moods?
Do your current relationships feel difficult?
Do you experience feelings of shame, guilt, low self-worth, lack of safety, and have trouble making decisions?
You’re tired of being stuck in the same cycle and want more for your life. I’ve helped people heal from their unhelpful behaviors by finding a path to living healthy happy and connected lives.
What to expect in our sessions:
- Explore your strengths, your limitations, your stressors, and your resources
- Understand your “autopilot mode” (your habits of thinking, feeling, doing, and relating)
- See how your past is spilling into the present
- Major life events and traumas
- Relationship patterns
My name is Rachel Henry and I am an LMSW and I bring 9 years of experience into our sessions. If you often feel embarrassed or ashamed, take a deep breath. I won’t be looking to analyze you. I too have my own human struggles, so you won’t be getting any shame or judgment from me.
A lot of people feel nervous when they first meet a new therapist, but I laugh a ton with my clients! Therapy doesn’t have to be scary because it’s not always about facing hard things. Sometimes it’s about creating the life you want to live, celebrating the wins you’ve made, and making more room for what excites and speaks to you.
