Are you caught in unhelpful patterns that impact you or those around you? Struggling to comprehend your reactions or feeling overwhelmed by intense emotions? Life's challenges can leave us confused and uncertain. In those moments, we often turn to habits that offer temporary relief. I believe therapy is a sacred space to dismantle those defenses and initiate healing. Making lasting changes isn't easy, and that's where I come in.
What to Expect In our Sessions:
I'm here to offer a judgment-free space where you can express yourself. Together, we'll uncover the roots of behavioral patterns and develop essential coping skills. We'll set achievable goals and take incremental steps toward them. I will help you overcome thinking and behavior patterns that keep you stuck in a hamster wheel.
Since no two journeys are the same, I employ various proven therapeutic approaches tailored to you and your goals. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples dealing with PTSD, anxiety/depression, mood disorders, life transitions, grief/loss, domestic violence, and substance use.
Why I Became a Therapist:
Sometimes, all we need is someone to listen and sit with us in our pain. Everyone has a story, and I became a therapist to be your light in the dark, supporting you when it feels like you can't go on. I'm here to remind you of your strengths and work alongside you to overcome challenges.
