My name is Ashley Mitchell, and I am passionate about helping adults live a more fulfilling and vibrant life. The culmination of my years of experience and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy has led to my specialization in helping my clients overcome relationship problems, develop self-esteem, find freedom from anxiety, heal from grief, and recover from depression. I provide a positive therapeutic experience in a safe space for individuals to be heard and empowered. We will practice new skills that will lead to greater self-confidence, healthier relationships, and healing.
Why did I become a Psychotherapist:
My life journey ignited my passion for helping others. I believe that there is a deeper self-discovery and growth that takes place when you have someone listening, encouraging, and empowering you. Together, we will forge a path forward to healing that will create the life you desire.
