Nothing changes if nothing changes” (Ernie Larson), and I am here to guide you through your journey of change.
Why I am a Psychotherapist
I chose to become a therapist because mental health is often overlooked, and a person may feel stuck, alone, or helpless in solving a problem. My personal life experiences awakened my interest in how people’s feelings and thoughts affect their behaviors. I feel inspired by seeing transformation in my clients when they lead more satisfying, healthier, and happier lives.
Overthinking and perfectionism can impact your relationships, your academic and professional life, and even your physical health. I specialize in helping overthinkers, perfectionists, and people with high functioning anxiety find a way out and stop letting their thoughts control their progress in life.
My experience includes working with adolescents and adults who struggle with eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, OCD, and depression and also with adults who deal with substance use disorders, PTSD, mood disorders, and anxiety.
I use a welcoming, collaborative, and treatment modalities like CBT, and DBT to help my clients effectively cope with difficult emotions, break the pattern of negative thoughts and self-talk, as well as derive inner power and confidence. I incorporate mindfulness, and culture-informed approach into my sessions to achieve long-lasting results. Let’s work together on creating the change in your life you have been waiting for!
